Product Liability Insurance provides coverage in respect of damages or compensation that the Insured is legally liable to pay for death, bodily injury or loss of or damage to third party property caused by goods manufactured, sold, supplied or distributed by the Insured.

The loss may arise from defective design, defect in the manufacturing process, incorrect labeling, wrongful instructions, inadequate warnings or defective packing materials.
