Public Liability Insurance indemnifies the Insured in respect of his legal liability to pay compensation for Third Party Property Damage or Bodily Injury caused by any accident and through the negligence of the Insured or his employees or by defects in the premises during the course of his business.

This insurance also covers legal charges and expenses incurred by the Insured in defending legal proceedings with the written consent of the Company as well as costs and expenses of litigation recovered from the Insured by any claimants.
