Goods-in-Transit Insurance
Goods In Transit Insurance is intended to indemnify the insured against loss or damage to insured’s goods during transit caused by Fire, Explosion, Theft or Accidental means subject to exclusions specified in the policy.
During the period of insurance, the policy covers property insured whilst in or on or being loaded on or unloaded from any road vehicle or passenger or goods train, or whilst temporarily housed in the ordinary course of transit whether on or off the said conveyances within the Territorial Limit.
