Exhibitors Insurance
This is a comprehensive insurance plan that covers against the risks associated with organising an event, such as trade show or an exhibition.
It protects the insured against losses and liabilities in the event that goods, machinery, fixtures or fittings are damaged, lost or destroyed in an accident or fire in the course of the event, or if personnel sustain bodily injury while participating in the event.
The coverage is sub-divided into four classes, namely All Risks, Money Insurance, Public Liability and Personal Accident. All exhibitors, participants and personnel will be covered under the same Master Policy. Coverage will be uniform for all, and will be offered at very competitive premiums.
Coverage for the insured commences when fittings, stock and machinery are loaded into the conveyance and ends when the last piece of exhibit, fitting or fixture has been fully dismantled and removed from site.
