The Fire Consequential Loss policy also allows you to pay the continuing overheads or standing charges such as rent, mortgages and loans, salaries / wages of employees not gainfully employed during the interruption including payments to employees whose services are no longer required, additional working expenses reasonably incurred to reduce the effects of damage on the business such as renting of temporary premises and hiring of machinery or additional labour costs.
