Overview
RHB Holdings Hong Kong Limited (formerly known as OSK Holdings Hong Kong Limited) is a subsidiary of OSK Investment Bank Berhad (OSKIB). Incorporated in 2004, the company acquired Prudence Securities Co. Ltd in July 2005 to act as an underwriter, broker and dealer, as well as to provide trading services to retail and institutional investors. OSKIB was subsequently acquired by RHB Capital Berhad in November 2012.
