  • I received a letter/SMS on discontinuation of RHB PlusOne Credit Card. What is this? RHB PlusOne Credit Card will be discontinued effective from 30 April 2011.
  • What will happen to my earned P1RM points?
    • You may perform on-the-spot redemption at Senheng/senQ outlets nationwide from now till 29 April 2011.
    • On-the-spot redemption transaction is valid in multiple of P1RM25.
    • On 1 May 2011, any balance P1RM points on your RHB PlusOne Credit Card will be converted and credited to your new/other RHB Credit Card. P1RM points shall lapse should you decline the card conversion offer or you do not have an existing principal RHB Credit Card and the lapse P1RM points are non-refundable in the form of cash.
  • What does card deactivated means? You will not be able to use the card for any transaction including and not limited to retail spend, cash advance/withdrawal and  standing instructions for auto-billings and payments (if any)
  • What about my recurring bill payments on my RHB PlusOne Credit Card? For cardmember with RHB Smart Pay Programme, please register your new card number by submitting the RHB Smart Pay Form. By doing so, we will reward you with 10,000 Reward Points upon sign-up. (Reward Points will be reflected in next billing statement)

    For other recurring bill payments at other merchants, please update your new card number directly with the merchants.
  • If I decline the card conversion offer, what will happens to my current instalment plans? You may continue to make monthly payment for your existing instalment plans however, P1RM points will not be awarded for the balance of the monthly instalment.
