April 2008 RHB Islamic Launches AZ Zahra, Malaysia First Privilege Ladies Banking Kuala Lumpur, 30 April 2008: RHB Islamic Bank, the Islamic banking entity of the RHB Banking Group, successfully launched the nation’s first privilege banking targeted towards high net worth ladies in Malaysia.
The Az Zahra Privilege Ladies Banking concept was mooted on the basis that women, in general are now more involved in the development of the nation’s economy. As an Az Zahra customer, all minimum placement, deposits or financing for the above will be waived by RHB Islamic.
