What is Online Redemption?

This is an enhanced facility to RHB Principal cardmembers where you redeem your reward item(s) with a click of a mouse via RHB Internet Banking.

How do I redeem online?

You must login to RHB Internet Banking to redeem online.

  1. Login to RHB Internet Banking
  2. Go to Account > Rewards Redemption.
  3. Select a RHB credit card where you want to use your reward points and click Rewards Catalog.
  4. Select the product category and choose to either redeem in Full or Fast Track.
  5. To add more redemption items, click the Add button. To remove, click the X button beside the item. If you have finished selecting the product(s), click Confirm followed by Proceed.
  6. A redemption item summary would be shown and you would also need to fill the address you want your items to be couriered to. Please note that that we do not deliver to PO Box address. Click Submit once all details are correct.
  7. A confirmation page will be displayed with the updated reward point balance, redemption item with reference number, and the delivery address. You are advised to print or save the page for your reference.

If you are not an existing RHB Internet Banking user, register for an online account today with your RHB credit card. Just follow the easy steps below: -

  1. Log into www.rhb.com.my and click the LOGIN.
  2. A new page will appear. At the “I am the first time user”, click Registration.
  3. Choose "Credit Card"
  4. At the "Credit Card" field, please key your Credit Card number, CVV2/CVC2 number, Credit Card expiry date and your identification number.
  5. Enter your preferred Username and Password.
  6. Read the "Terms and Conditions" carefully and click "I Agree"

  8. You can also view our online registration demo by clicking View Demo at “I am the first time user”.
  9. A new pop up will appear. Click Secured Site and view the demo.
Who can enjoy Online Redemption?

All principal cardmembers (except Corporate Credit Cards, Platinum Business MasterCard Credit Cards, Gold Visa Business Credit Cards, PlusOne TESCO Credit Cards cardmembers) are able to enjoy the online redemption facility.

Can the RHB Redemption Catalog be found in the website without logging into RHB Internet Banking?

Yes, you may view and download Reward Programme 2010 catalog here.

I have more than one RHB credit cards. Can I combine my multiple points to redeem items?

Yes you can. You may call our call center at 03-9206-8118 for Peninsular Malaysia or 082-276-118 for Sabah & Sarawak. Our staffs will assist you to combine your points

Can supplementary cardmembers redeem online?

No. Only Principal Cardmembers are allowed to perform redemption.

Are there any charges for using the Online Redemption facility?

No. There are no charges for using this facility

How long will I receive the redemption items?

Redeemed items will be couriered to the designated address within 21 working days.

Can I send my redemption gift to another address?

Yes you can. All you need to do is to key in the recipient address in the online redemption webpage. Please note that gifts will not be delivered to PO Box address.

Will I be given a reference number for my online redemption??

Yes, reference number will be given for each redeemed item.

Can I exchange the gifts after the redemption has been made?

All gifts redeemed are not exchangeable unless gifts received are damaged or faulty and are reported within 14 days from the date of receipt. Request otherwise will not be entertained.

What if I did not receive the gift that was redeemed more than 1 month ago?

You must report to RHB using the redemption reference number(s) within 14 days from the date the redemption was made online (please note that this is only applicable to redemptions that have been received and officially processed by RHB). Request otherwise will not be entertained.
