What is Online Redemption?
This is an enhanced facility to RHB Principal cardmembers where you redeem your reward item(s) with a click of a mouse via RHB Internet Banking.
How do I redeem online?
You must login to RHB Internet Banking to redeem online.
If you are not an existing RHB Internet Banking user, register for an online account today with your RHB credit card. Just follow the easy steps below: -
Who can enjoy Online Redemption?
All principal cardmembers (except Corporate Credit Cards, Platinum Business MasterCard Credit Cards, Gold Visa Business Credit Cards, PlusOne TESCO Credit Cards cardmembers) are able to enjoy the online redemption facility.
Can the RHB Redemption Catalog be found in the website without logging into RHB Internet Banking?
Yes, you may view and download Reward Programme 2010 catalog here.
I have more than one RHB credit cards. Can I combine my multiple points to redeem items?
Yes you can. You may call our call center at 03-9206-8118 for Peninsular Malaysia or 082-276-118 for Sabah & Sarawak. Our staffs will assist you to combine your points
Can supplementary cardmembers redeem online?
No. Only Principal Cardmembers are allowed to perform redemption.
Are there any charges for using the Online Redemption facility?
No. There are no charges for using this facility
How long will I receive the redemption items?
Redeemed items will be couriered to the designated address within 21 working days.
Can I send my redemption gift to another address?
Yes you can. All you need to do is to key in the recipient address in the online redemption webpage. Please note that gifts will not be delivered to PO Box address.
Will I be given a reference number for my online redemption??
Yes, reference number will be given for each redeemed item.
Can I exchange the gifts after the redemption has been made?
All gifts redeemed are not exchangeable unless gifts received are damaged or faulty and are reported within 14 days from the date of receipt. Request otherwise will not be entertained.
What if I did not receive the gift that was redeemed more than 1 month ago?
You must report to RHB using the redemption reference number(s) within 14 days from the date the redemption was made online (please note that this is only applicable to redemptions that have been received and officially processed by RHB). Request otherwise will not be entertained.
