Asia Assistance Network is a provider of emergency medical assistance. When you enroll into Family Shield, you are entitled to the referal services provided such as evacuation / repatriation within Malaysia and overseas, telephone consultation, telephone referrals to doctors and hospitals. When you are traveling outside Malaysia, services can be accessed on any single trip not exceeding 90 consecutve days. The services are on referral and arrangement basis and cost of services rendered are to be borned by the Insured Person.
