Modes of Payment
We have introduced a variety of payment methods for your convenience:
Credit Card
Payment instruction for Master and VISA (provide download for the Mail Order Form) and simply fax to us at 603 - 9281 2729.
Direct Banking
You can pay by cash, cheque, bank draft, money order or postal order. All that you have to do is, fill-up the Bank-in slip and fax/post to bank-in slip to us together with the details such as your Policy number, Debit Note number & Contact number. By Cheque
You may opt to pay your premiums by cheque. The cheque to be issued in favour of "RHB INSURANCE BERHAD". Before posting your cheque, please ensure that you write your name, IC number, policy number &/ debit note number on the back of the cheque.
If the payment is for multiple policies then please also write the policy numbers &/ debit note numbers and the respective premium amounts for each policy. This will enable us to credit your premiums accurately and immediately.
The cheque should be mailed to our respective RHB INSURANCE branches.
Through the Internet
Payment of Insurance Premiums Via Internet Banking at www.rhb.com.my
Over the counter
You can pay your premiums directly over the counter at any RHB INSURANCE Office.
You can pay by cash, cheque and credit card. You will be given an official receipt for the payments made. Please check all the details before leaving the counter.
