Overdraft can be offered together with the Term Loan at the maximum ratio of 50% of total financing. |

Up to 85% (with MRTA) |

- Min – RM100,000
- Max – RM5 million

| LOAN TENURE |
- Minimum – 5 years
- Maximum – 20 years or borrowers reaching age 65 years, whichever is earlier
- For self-employed applicants, the maximum age limit may be extended up to 65 years
