MY1 Flexi Home Loan allows:

• Customers to accumulate excess funds paid above their regular monthly instalments on their loan account
• Customers the option to redraw the accumulated excess funds in their loan account during the tenure of the loan

WHO CAN APPLY	All individuals, joint applicants, residents and non-residents
MINIMUM LOAN AMOUNT	RM100,000  (inclusive of  MRTA).
LOAN MARGIN	Up to 90% + 5% (MRTA)
LOAN ELIGIBILITY	Installment amount should be within 40% of salary
LOAN TENOR	Up to 40 years or age 65 whichever is earlier
FEES	Waived
