Base Lending Rate (BLR) is 6.60% (Effective 11th May 2011)
You can now pay your Home loan online via MEPS IBG! Please note that all loan payment via MEPS IBG should be made for the exact monthly installment amount. Excess monthly payment will be treated as advance payment for the next monthly installment not for the partial settlement of the loan. Please be advised to make your loan payment over the counter at branches if your intention is to perform partial payment or prepayment for the loan.
