RHB DYNAMIC FUND DECLARES GROSS 4 SEN PER UNIT INCOME DISTRIBUTION FOR FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2001

7 January 2002, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia- RHB Unit Trust Management Berhad today announced the declaration of a Gross 4 Sen per unit Income Distribution for the Dynamic Fund for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2001.

Based on the selling price of RM0.7333 per unit on 31 December 2001, the income distribution of 4 Sen per unit provides a yield of 5.45%.

Total Distributable Investment Income for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2001 amounted to RM15.40 Million. Out of this total, RM15.09 Million has been allocated for the distribution of the 4 Sen per unit Gross Income Distribution to Unitholders registered on 31 December 2001.

For unitholders who elect to have their income distribution reinvested in further units of the Fund, reinvestment will be made based on the buying price to be determined at the end of the business day on January 31, 2002.

The RHB Dynamic Fund has total units in circulation of 377.26 Million units as at 31 December 2001.
