We refer to the above article appearing in The Edge, pages 1 and 67, on Monday, 14 July 2003, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentences, which are reproduced as follows:- " ...Rashid Hussain Bhd (RHB) is once again mulling the possibility of taking its subsidiary RHB Capital Bhd private"."Sources say RHB, which saw a change in shareholding in February this year, is looking at the exercise which will clear the way for it to have direct exposure to the financial units of the group".
