RHB Capital gets new COO and CFO

Norazzah Sulaiman, Chief Operating Officer, RHB Capital Bhd and Kellee Kam, Chief Financial Officer RHB Capital Bhd

KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Capital Berhad (“RHB Capital”) has announced the appointment of Puan Norazzah Sulaiman as Chief Operating Officer and Mr Kellee Kam as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 11 June 2007.

Puan Norazzah joined RHB Group on 1 March 2003 as Head of Legal and Secretarial and subsequently Head of Group Legal and Compliance Division.

Prior to joining RHB Group, she was with Malayan Banking Berhad, and had subsequently joined Bank Utama (M) Berhad as its Head of Human Resource. She had, from 1996 onwards, served as the Head of Legal Services and Company Secretary of Bank Utama and Utama Banking Group Berhad.

Mr Kam joined RHB Group in February 2005 as the General Manager, Corporate Treasury and subsequently as the Head of Corporate and Strategic Planning.

Prior to joining RHB Group, he was with ABN AMRO Bank Berhad and had thereafter joined the Utama Banking Group Berhad as the General Manager, Projects.
