Overview
Unit Trust is a collective investment scheme that allows investors of similar objectives to pool their funds and invest in a single portfolio of securities. This portfolio will be managed by professional fund managers. Generally, it is a long term investment instrument.
Balanced Fund
Balanced Fund is a mix of income and potential capital growth by investing in stocks listed on the Bursa Malaysia or any other stock exchange, unlisted stocks and Islamic debt securities as well as other non-interest bearing assets accepted under the principles of Shariah.
Investing in Shariah based investments provide a mixture of safety, income and capital appreciation. The adjustment of asset allocation between equity and fixed income securities are formulated based on the economic analysis and valuation of securities.

Growth Fund
With an objective of achieving long term growth, Growth Funds mainly invest in public listed companies with growth potential, Islamic debt securities and other securities acceptable under the Shariah principles.
This fund is best suited for individuals who:
- Prefer higher capital growth investments acceptable under the Shariah principles
Bond Fund
The Bond Fund objective is to provide regular income to investors through investments in Islamic debt securities and bonds which are acceptable under the principles of Shariah.
This fund is best suited for individuals who are:
- Risk adverse
- Looking for an investment that complies with the principles of Shariah and have regular income from their investment
Money Market Fund
The primary objective of this fund is to provide liquidity and a regular stream of income by investing in Shariah compliant money market instruments. The investment strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of Islamic short term debentures, money market instruments and deposits with financial institutions.
